On Wednesday, the Royal Family escorted Queen Elizabeth II’s coffin from Buckingham Palace to Westminster Hall as mourners lined up to pay their respects.
Prince William and Prince Harry reunited once again, walking together down this same path 25 years ago for the funeral of their mother, Princess Diana. However, Prince Harry, a war veteran, was not allowed to wear his military dress for the occasion after suspending his official duties following his marriage to Meghan Markle.
Piers Morgan went on FOX News to discuss the ongoing family drama following Queen Elizabeth’s death.
As usual, the drama surrounds Harry’s bride Meghan Markle and rumors of his new book he is releasing later this year.
Piers Morgan did not hold back in his attacks on Harry and Meghan.
Piers Morgan: One of the biggest problems the new King Charles is going to have is what to do about his son Harry and his daughter-in-law Meghan given that they’ve set up a kind of rival royal family in America where they are trading off their royal titles and making themselves extremely rich. And in the process, they are also criticizing the Royal Family and the monarchy. I don’t think they should be allowed to do this while keeping the titles. That’s a question of course for King Charles. What’s it going to be like when Harry’s book comes out and it spray-guns Camilla, the new Queen Consort, and settle scores with her?… If that happens now and Camilla is our Queen that is going to be extremely damaging. So I’ve urged Prince Harry to get rid of the book, to cancel it…
As for Harry and Meghan, Piers Morgan said this, “Their only currency is attacking their own family. You take that out, what are you left with? You’re left with a couple of people living in California, the easy life, with their chickens and kids.
Piers wrote on Tuesday that Prince Harry should rein in his “royal’s trashing wife.”
